For years my sprinkler service had been off and on with properly working. Previous opinions explained that I would need to replace my entire sprinkler system.I finally got fed up and did a google search and found Organic Solutions - I called the company and explained my sprinkler issues and without them coming out, my mind was set at ease. Stephen explained that what was said to be a big problem, was more than likely going to be a smaller problem. The tech (Patrick) was on time and ready to work. He quickly did a observation of my sprinkler system and jumped right into working on the issue. He fully understood the issue and reiterated that the company had all the right tools to fix my problem (even after I was told by competitors that the parts weren't available). The total work hours were about 3-4 hours and every dollar spent was well worth it. My sprinklers are up and going - Patrick did not just fix the issue, give me a report and leave. He took the additional time to walk me through as he tested the system and ensured everything was working. He got my sprinkler system timers going ensured that all of them were working AS WELL as he ensured that gates, doors were shut and that my yard was cleared of any debris he may or may have not created. I strongly recommend Organic Solutions for your landscaping issues. Form my initial call, to working with Stephen and then Patrick, I was left extremely happy with the service that was provided to me. Very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable team of individuals.

Patrick and Tyler showed up early and were very knowledgeable about the sprinkler issues I was having. They made several changes to sprinkler heads, cleaned the filters and now my system is running perfectly. Knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

Update: I was very impressed: I was called by the company today and they offered to pay the other companies fee who dug the hole to make up for their error. They took full responsibility and I think that is just very good customer service. /// I had a very bad experience with this company. They came to turn on my sprinklers in Spring & informed me that the drain will not close & therefore wouldn’t turn on. They told me it’s $3500+ to fix it. I had another company dig a hole to reach the drain and nothing was wrong with it. It literally just closed like normal and now my sprinklers run without issue. So I spent over a month with no way to water my yard and $300 completely wasted with a guys labor to dig the hole and fill it back in again. I suspect they are trying to fraud many many people this way telling them their drain in the ground is broken so sprinklers can’t be turned on… and the whole spiel I was given about it being thousands of dollars to repair. Be careful with this company!!!

This is our second year with Organic Solutions and our lawn has never looked better. I highly recommend these folks for their knowledge, promptness and professionalism.

I reached out to organic solutions to help us with a severe weed problem in our lawn last year. We were in tne middle of summer and were told it could take a year for the weeds to go away just due to the type of weeds and amount of them. It hasn't even been a year yet and our lawn is so much better! I am very pleased. They have also helped us with repairs and adjustments to our sprinklers. Overall, I am very happy with their services and I highly recommend them.
