Why Trees Get Nutrient Deficient
Trees in developed areas don’t have the same mineral-rich environment they’d have in a forest. Suburban soil is often depleted. Older trees have been drawing from the same soil for decades. Young trees in new construction often start in compacted, poor-quality soil.
Add drought stress, competition from turf, or pest pressure, and your tree needs supplemental nutrients to recover.
What We're Actually Testing
We test your soil for nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients like iron, magnesium, and zinc. We check pH, which affects whether your tree can even absorb nutrients that are present.
Then we look at your tree. Is it leafing out normally? Are the leaves the right color? Is growth what it should be for the species and age? All of this tells us what your tree actually needs.

When Fertilization Isn't Enough
